12 months initial support is included with the purchase of every theme. Any minor customization and support is available through email support@blazethemes.com , Support Forum or online chat.

The update process is similar to the installation process. By using FTP you can simply replace the old theme, or by deleting old files and uploading updated files. Delete the old theme from the Appearance > Themes screen, then follow the installation instructions to upload the latest version of the theme.

We don't have a particular schedule for new themes, our main priority is to improve the existing themes. Our team is focused on providing quality themes than quantity. After researching and considering request/suggestions from our users we will start a project.

To install new theme you must first have a working WordPress installation. For information on installing WordPress, please see Installing WordPress, from the WordPress Codex. Once WordPress has been properly setup, there are two ways you can install new theme – from your WordPress Administration Panel or Manually via FTP. Content is not automatically installed with the installation of a theme. However, we provide a content file for all of our themes that includes the demo content from our theme demos. The content file may be installed by navigating to the Tools > Import section of your WordPress dashboard. Please refer to support@blazethemes.com for detail support.

Yes. We can install, setup and configure WordPress and the theme on your web server. If you don’t have a hosting account or domain name we can help you with a setup. Please refer to support@blazethemes.com for detail support.

To enable eCommerce functionality, please install WooCommerce plugin.

All our themes are continuously kept in sync with the latest version of WordPress. As soon as WordPress announces a new Release Candidate (RC), Beta Release, we immediately begin testing for compatibility and/or make changes to make sure our themes are always operating flawlessly.

Like any website, you’ll need to own your own domain and have WordPress installed on a web host of your choice. If you’d like a host that completely manages your WordPress and theme installation for you, we can help with that.

This is an option with all our themes. The logo can easily be changed within the Appearance > Header section, or the Appearance > Customize > Logo section of the WordPress dashboard, depending on your particular theme.

The Theme Options are organized into logical groups and have descriptions for each item. Please take some time and navigate through each option tab, most things are self-explanatory.
